2019 Rebel Wheels and Tires

So, I found a deal I couldn’t pass up on a brand new set of 2019 Rebel take-offs. I’ve got a ‘17 Ram, so they won’t fit my truck, but I’m tossing the idea around of using 5 lug to 6 lug adapters.
Should I go through the hassle, or just sell them and buy a new set?

They’re the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac, which is a pretty awesome tire, but they’re also like a 1/2” taller I think than what I’ve got now. Currently running BFG all terrain KO2s 305 55 R20, and the Rebels are 275 70 R18. Any input?

I also am considering finding a set of the forged 22s that come on the 2wd R/Ts. I think they’d look pretty good with an aggressive all terrain or MT. Haven’t really done any research on fitment yet, does anyone have any experience?
