How do the Tri-Folds hold up in the winters over time? Do the seals/folds crack in the freezing temps?

I've had an Undercover flex since 2015 and never any issues with cracking. I just purchased an undercover ultra flex because my 2015 cover that was on my 2017 wouldn't fit the 2019. The upgraded ultra has a lining underneath and you can close the tailgate without raising the last panel. Water tight as well.

I've been looking at the Undercover Ultra Flex and the BakFlip MX4. The former is a tri-fold with 5 year warranty, and the latter is a quad-fold with 3 year warranty. They both cost about the same, but I'm leaning towards the Ultra Flex since it has carpeting under each panel and comes with battery powered LED lighting. I'd be interested in opinions either way.

Purchased the Tyger Auto T3 Tri Fold cover about a week ago from Amazon. $230 shipped. Took about 30mins to install the cover. Had to add a weather strip (it came with 2 strips), to the front of the box because it there was a small gap between the bed and cover. Due to the small arch of the supporting rails on the cover. I haven't seen any water in the bed. Also added this cargo bar https://www.harborfreight.com/2-in-1-support-cargo-bar-66172.html. Now I have a huge trunk.

How was it?

I love it, zero complaints. It's worth the price tag. Never sticks when opening or closing. Locks in any position. Had it up in the snow the other day and had no issues opening or closing it after it sat in - degree weather.

Just got racks for it today. I'll post pictures of it soon.

Just installed Yakima HD Bars on my Retrax Tonneau cover. Love this tonneau cover!

I installed the Lomax tri-fold on mine this week. It took longer to unbox than it did to actually install. Super easy, looks great. Pleased we have so many choices, confident I made the right one for me.

Just purchased a Xtang Solid fold 2.0 from Anything auto. Called to speak to one of their sales rep and he was able to give me 10% off. Cover went from 859 to 773!
Really happy with the extang cover on our previous trucks around the farm so that's why I stuck with them for my '19. I can post some pics once its delivered.

Did you know there's currently a $75 rebate on a Solid Fold 2.0?

I went with the Paragon aluminum folding hard cover in body color. Haven't had the time to mount it yet though. Busy as all get out, and waiting for the weather to calm down, as I have to work on it outdoors. May even color coat the bed rails first.

I have had a cpl. Bakflips and they have held up well. my last one came with a broken clip on the hold down strap and a few days after contacting them I recieved a complete new strap assembly. so my only customer service event with them was handled well.

I installed the DiamondbackHD
And I love the looks and it's watertight and usable to take a load on top.
It took a while to get it from the states to the Netherlands.
But I'm happy with it.

Just installed my Lomax today. Replaced the Mopar soft trifold which sat very high and bounced a lot from the air coming off the top of the cab. If I opened the rear window all you hear is the flapping vinyl. The Lomax looks fantastic, seals really well and is a quality piece!
