2020 ram 2500 u connect issues and electrical issues

I have a 2020 ram 2506.7 Cummins the Uconnect continues to blink out and not function and every time I get in the truck to start it the windshield wipers come on and stay on unless I turn the right turn signal on then they go off if I turned the left turn signal on the wipers come back on in the headlights go off does anyone else have issues like this
