2021 Ram 1500 Warlock bezels on bumper usage?

Hi guys,
I was wondering what those bumper bezels on the 2021 RAM 1500 Warlock are for?
They are above the 2 tow hooks. see the highlight in red.
What comes to mind would be to install some LEDS since the truck already comes with fog lights?
If that's the case, any pointers on getting less that would just "properly"?

I would have thought, at first, that it was for the tow hooks, which as you can see are further down (mine doesn't have the hooks or the fog lights). Maybe they did it for aesthetics, because on mine, without the tow hooks installed, it looks similar layout.

It almost looks like that area was molded separately
If i had one of those newer Rams, i would be investigating
