2021 Warlock fuel Injection Throttle Body ?.

I have a 2021 classic body 1500 Warlock Hemi 5.7 Check engine light came on, ( its past warranty) and the auto parts store says engine light code is for Fuel Injection Throttle Body. Anybody else have this occur? 55K miles on truck. I'm about to drive back home 1,400 miles I have no hesitation in truck, no stuttering or stalling. If light was not on, I would not know there is any issue, drives fine. Is it safe to drive that distance? It appears to be a part that can be bought and easy to install but needs a dealer to program after replaced? Any insight would be greatly appreciated as I'm stuck trying to sort if safe to drive or I have to cxl trip and get fixed first.

I have 2 thoughts on this subject , first off if the light is not flashing good to go . The second thing is you should get the autopart place to clear the code and see what happens .
The throttle body would not be bad but the throttle position sensor could be the issue , which should not leave you stranded . Good luck .
