Recently came across an article that mentioned a 1" factory lift on the Warlock. That same article mentioned an "all terrain" package, so wondering if a 1" lift is present on all Warlock configurations, or just this "all terrain" version.

Also, how did Ram go about achieving this lift if it's present? I'm looking into leveling with 5100s, and thinking through what setting the snap rings should be set to.

On a side note...and just spit-balling here.....if the 1" lift happens to be front and rear, would leveling by way of a 1" shorter coil in the rear basically achieve the same thing (assuming I'm not hung up on ground clearance).....and is such a thing even made?

Thanks!
Joe

This question has been asked numerous time both on here and to FCA with no definitive answer. The only answer that has really come up is it's the 20" rims with 265/60/R20's. The ones with 22' rims tire is thinner so it doesn't give it that 1' lift.

That was the clearest answer I have had to me as I've aske that question as well as I have the 1" factory lift as well.

For what I’ve observed from other Warlock leveling posts It seems Warlocks were lifted with a strut that has the seat 0.7” higher than normal. That’s why people doing 5100’s in their Warlocks are not going beyond 2.8” like 5th gen will with ORP springs if you did set them in the highest notch. So setting them at 2.8 in your 5100’s gives you 2” more than what you had before.

I’d think for the back you either have a 1 spacer or 1 longer springs. Look in the back for any spacers if you don’t see any you already have 1” longer springs. Everybody who did only 5100’s in the warlocks at 2.8 ended up with a rear 1” higher.

As far as I can tell with all of the (coil spring, not air) 4th gen, 4wd Rams there were two different ride heights in front. You can see this for example on certain aftermarket OEM replacement struts that have two different levels instead of 5 like the 5100's.

Chances are that in addition to the 2 different ride heights there was probably infinite variation in exact ride height because every truck is optioned slightly different and will weigh slightly different amounts, and it wouldn't make any sense to make entirely different struts and chassis geometry around whether or not you had the subwoofer or which front bumper you have.

What I've seen in previous discussions is that the first two ring positions on 5100's are the two OE ride heights and since Warlocks appear to have the higher factory ride height you just add 0.7" for each ring above that, to a maximum of 2.1" lift over stock (which would be the same as doing 2.8" on a tradesman).

What kurek, and ram1500rsm have said about the front is correct. The strut is the same as the 0.7 on the bilstein 5100's. When I put my 5100's on at 2.8 I gained exactly 2in from where I was Stock. As for the rear, RAM uses "HD" coils. So you'll see 1-1.5" of rear lift over a stock RAM depending on weight in the back. I have stock warlock rear springs and it sits at the same height as comparable ram with the ICON 1.5" rear lift springs unloaded.

KCJOE you really should go with some bils at 2.8. We could be twins :party36:

I recently (this month actually) purchased a 2021 4x4 Warlock (27F package code) and I remember seeing the thing about the 1" lift somewhere, but it does not (unfortunately for me) have the Warlock All Terrain package on it that I wanted, and it does sit a bit higher than my Dad's Ram (2017), which also has 4x4 capabilities, so based on real world, but different year, comparisons, I think the 1" lift in question is on the Warlocks in general, not specific to the ones with the AT package. I do not have any specific official information from FCA or the dealer or anyone else to back up this supposition. How it achieves this lift specifically, haven't gotten into looking at the truck that close yet, I still have to work to pay for it.

As far as the unfortunate for me part, I consider my truck to be, well, a TRUCK. It should have tires and wheels that are off-road capable if it is a 4x4. None of this fancy but borderline useless 20" rims with what amount to low profile street use only tires.

A few more differences than JUST ride height, but here's my '15 when it was brand new (4wd Tradesman) compared to a 2021 Warlock. I think if you follow the rocker panel with an imaginary straight line you can see it would intersect just below the front axle center line on mine and just above it on the Warlock.

Been a while guys, but, thought some of you could use the info. I had a hard time figuring out how to level this truck.

Just lifted my 2021 Warlock 4x4 with the Eibach Pro strut and matching rear shocks, with the factory springs. I initially installed the front strut with the middle setting. The Eibach strut has 5 settings. I was shocked after putting the truck on the ground, because I ended up with only .5 inches of lift. 2nd time around, I set the Eibach at the top setting, which is 2.8 inches, and it gave me 2 inches over stock. So, yes, I lost the .8 inches due to the factory 1 inch lift. This made the front of the truck leveled with the rear, at 40 inches to the fenders on all 4 corners. I added a 1 inch spacer to the rear, however, it gave me closer to 1.5 inches. I wanted some rake and am satisfied at this point. I installed Rough Country UCA's for the Ram 1500 with 3 inches of lift. The shop had no problems with the alignment and the truck is tracking true. I've put a few hundred miles on it and am happy so far. Less floating and a more planted feel. Everything fits and clears. The picture was taken after going down 40 miles of dirt road, getting to the river, to do some fishing. Handled the bumps nice and did pretty good on the washboards. Nothing to crazy. Speeds in the 40's to 50's. Corners better now, also. Will probably upgrade again down the road, but, am happy for now and pleased with the new stance.2021 Mile Lifted (3).jpg

Upgrades so far---Eibach pro strut set to max(add 2 inches of lift to the Warlock). Eibach pro rear shocks with 1 inch spacer. Rough Country 3inch Upper control arms. Go Rhino D6 Dominator running boards. Toyo AT III 275/65/20 E-rated 43psi on factory 20x9 wheels. Bed cover.

Truck looks great. I have the same truck, what do your CV angles look like? Having an issues since you've installed the eibach kit?
