2024 Laramie Crew-Cab Rear Seats-----> Do they fold down so you can get behind them? Installing a child seat and wondered if I can use the tether.

No. The tether thingy is explained in the manual. It's a pain in the ass. You feed your tether through the loop behind the headrest, and then across to the loop above the middle seat. The loops are small, though, so it's tricky to fit the buckle thing through.

@K2EPM You should be able to fold them down if you have reclining rear seats. There is a cord located behind each outboard seat back that releases the lock when you pull it. You need to lower the center seat back to access the release cord.
