21 PW wheel wheel trim question

Hi all, what else is holding the wheel well trim on besides the screws...Recall double sided tape or something, but could not find the tread...thanks much!

From my understanding, the ‘19 and up flares have clips that attach into several holes around the wheelwells. Prior models just have a few screws and sticky tape.
