21 ram 3500 CC Cab replacement

I have a 21 3500 Crew Cab that recently lost a bout with mother nature, not really fair since she used weapons.
Im now in search of a replacement cab. What option do I have? can I use an older GEN 4? Can I use a 1500 ? Im searching this group and will continue, but havent had much luck

The main part of the cab on +19 HD trucks hasn't changed much from the Gen4 cab, possibly mounting locations. I think the antenna mounts have moved, the hood is different and the front of the front fenders are different(for headlight/grill changes).
The Gen4 HD and 1500 cabs along with the 6.4' and 8' beds are same.
The Gen5 1500 sheet metal is drastically different.

Wouldn't any Heavy Duty Ram be a 4th Gen ?
maybe with a some electronics updates
