Yes, the negative offset plus the coil spacer will both play against you on that wide of a tire. When you lift the front of the truck, you need to extend the control arms as well to keep the wheel centered in the wheel well when articulated. If you keep stock control arms with the lift spacer, then the wheels are going to be pulled to the back of the wheel well with the suspension flexed.
As for offsets, you want to stick with a 0 or slightly positive offset. Its not as important if you dont take the truck offroad. If you do go offroad, then wheel width and offsets are extremely important. My suspension is built for alot of travel, so I had to stick with the factory wheels to keep from hitting the fenders with my suspension maxed out.
