They wont rub the control arms, but they will probably rub the back of the front fenders when the wheel is turned and the suspension is flexed. You will probably notice this when turning into an inclined driveway or offroad.

Cause the offset? What would I need 0 offset? A plus number?

Yes, the negative offset plus the coil spacer will both play against you on that wide of a tire. When you lift the front of the truck, you need to extend the control arms as well to keep the wheel centered in the wheel well when articulated. If you keep stock control arms with the lift spacer, then the wheels are going to be pulled to the back of the wheel well with the suspension flexed.

As for offsets, you want to stick with a 0 or slightly positive offset. Its not as important if you dont take the truck offroad. If you do go offroad, then wheel width and offsets are extremely important. My suspension is built for alot of travel, so I had to stick with the factory wheels to keep from hitting the fenders with my suspension maxed out.

You will be fine for normal driving. The problem comes with you have the wheel turned with the suspension flexed. When your suspension flexes now, your wheel goes straight up in the wheel well. Once you add the levelm your wheels are going to go up and to the back of the wheel well opening unless you also add longer control arms. It isnt a big problem for guys with stock wheels, but a 10.5" wheel with a -25mm offset is going to be tough to work with. You also have to account for the extra width from the 35" tires.

It will work for you on the street, but it is going to hit if you try taking it offroad.

No problem. I had to go through alot of this with my last and current truck. I went through 3 different wheel/tire combos before finally finding 1 that would work on my last truck. It was an 07 with 6" lift, and it hit the fender bad with 37's...it was all because of offset because my current 3" suspension will clear 37's with the stock wheels.
