2500 tow hook gap...making me mental.

Hi folks, I’ve got a 2012 2500 bighorn, with the “m” style tow hooks. The gap in the bumper is driving me nuts. I’ve seen the 1500’s with a cover plate, but have been unable to find anything for the 2500 series.

it’s my first dodge, so please go easy on me... any info or suggestion on where I should look would me much appreciated. Thanks!
