4.7 header question

From what I understand, 2008 and up have the redesigned 4.7 with 310hp.

I can't find headers for 2009 or newer 4.7, but I have seen some for a 2008.

Being the same motor will they bolt on and work with my 09? If so what are the chances of there being clearance issues due to the body change between 2008 and 2009?

any luck with the headers? ive looked about 2 years ago when I bought the truck but came up empty.

As of right now we are out of luck. Headers for the 08 will have clearance issues due to the new body.

I'm trying to think of a way to donate my truck to jba so I can get a free set, and they can start production for everybody else.

They are in Cali, I'm in Texas...

Is that all they need,a donated truck.
I emailed them a couple days ago about some,but haven't heard back from them.
For a free set,i'll drive down out of Western Canada to CA,lol

I believe that's all they need, and from what I heard up to 1 month of down time depending on how busy they are. Seeing that this would not be a main priority since they have not started production yet, they can't fall behind on stuff that they can make money on.

I have a small budget, but for a free set and possibly a option of choosing shorties or long tubes, it would be well worth it. I want long tubes SOO bad

Maybe we should get together and rent them a truck to work with.
The month downtime would suck,it'd take me that long to walk home,just to turn around and start walking back,lol

I actually thought about why they haven't found a donor truck by now, or even a rental.

I figured with a rental, if something goes wrong they would be responsible for it. But wouldn't the same apply for anybody else's donor truck that is given to them?
