hey everyone so heres my dilema. 01 ram 1500. The 4 wheel drive worked 2 days ago i got stuck in a ditch took me about an hour to get out worked fine in that spot. its always had a little trouble going in like the 4x4 light would come on but it wouldnt always wanna stay in 4x4 unless i backed it up and sat there for a sec. now it just doesnt wanna go in at all high or low. ive backed up took it around the block a few times and nothing. front drive line is engaged but nothing in the front axle. i checked all the vacuum lines and connections and their all still fine as far as i can see. i pulled most the connections apart and put right back together thinkin maybe just got some dirt or mud in there but nothing. anyone know where i should look or is there a way to get around the vacuum lines and install a cable so it goes in 4x4 when i want it to not after i get stuck and rock it back and forth? and with the upcoming snow id really like knowing i have 4x4 when i actually need it.
