So they sent me new hooks (and told me to keep the other ones). Slightly better shape than the first set and they aren’t missing any parts. I started in on the install today. Need to do some more work on the holes. I have to enlarge them a little bit. Rain all day tomorrow so hoping to have them installed on Sunday.

@Javier Prado I made up some brackets back to the tow hook bolt, I just looked and I don't have photos, I'll try and grab some later.

Here's the photos, it's a little hard to see, but basically I made a Z bracket from the tow hook mount bracket that bolts to the bumper mount on the frame. From there it mounts to the stock side brackets on the light bar. I threw some rubber between the Z and the light mount because I found it while making the bracket and figured it couldn't hurt.
