Has anyone had issues after installing the kit? i have installed mine and now none of the buttons work, not even the 3 original buttons? do i need to turn on the aux buttons with alpha or did i possibly get a bad switch panel?

If it’s plugged in and you’ve got power on the harness to turn on and off your traction control than maybe you have an issue. Otherwise double check your connections

Yes, If you have the plugs connected good the they should work!! AlfaOBD just puts them on the Evic and radio. You could have gotten a bad panel.

I hope your issue is an easy fix cuz they advertise 'plug&play'

Mine went in, zero issues. Stupid question, but, did you remember to put the fuses in?

Fuses shouldn't have anything to do with the trac, park and tow buttons.

I took my console apart again, unplugged the adapter harness and plugged the factory harness directly to the switch panel and it still doesn't work.

Im going to plug my factory one back in to make sure it works.

I waited a month for this kit, and im thoroughly disappointed so far.

The switch panel is either bad or is not compatible with my 13 Lonestar. I plugged my factory switch panel into thw adapter harness and all of the original buttons worked normally, plugged the new switch panel in and nothing works, so i reinstalled my factory panel, a waiste of 275.00.

Did you message them to discuss it? Might be able to figure something out. I wouldn’t chuck it out yet

Mine is a 2017 2500. Though I had the same switch panel in my 2013 3500 with no issues too.

I would email them, it took a couple day but they were responsive. I'm sure they will probably swap out any component that is not working properly. Other than slower shipping, I have no complaints about their product or service.

Yes, he is very good to deal with. Mine work perfectly. I read on another forum where a guy got a bad switch panel and he sent out another. With things that are going on right now it may take longer!!

As Srich said. I had a issue,( turns out it was shorted wiring under dash), talked with them and was sent a complete new setup under warranty.
Because I am who I am I sent him 100 after finding out it was a truck connector and nothing to do with them

I am not sure but I believe the switch panel for a 13 truck is different than the 14-18 trucks. @Ricks Ram may know (At least for the heated seat panel without aux)

M² Mods.
