I used the Enixwill tow hooks as well. Mine had the wrong bracket but I just used a dremel with cutoff wheel to remove the ear that was in the wrong place and they bolted up fine. I haven't used them other than for standing on to check oil lol. But I wouldn't hesitate to use em.

I figured I'd screw up cutting mine so I spent the extra $30 and no regrets.

You can see them in my profile pic. I used G2 caliper paint to paint them white. It's held up well so far.

Its funny, the tow hooks from a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 look identical to the 2016 Ram 1500

On my 2009, the tow hooks went on with the open part of the hooks pointed the way that i think they should be for pulling someone out of a ditch.
On my 2016, they are mounted wrong from my point of view

I finally got in touch with the other local dealer. They did not have the kit in stock and can't get it even though their web site will let me order them. I found another site online that claims to sell OEM Mopar parts. They let me order the kit. But, about an hour later I got an email saying the part was unavailable. I gave up and ordered the EnixWill ones off Amazon.

Just went on Amazon and found the "ENIXWILL" tow hooks are on a "lightning deal" for $99.00 if anyones interested. They ended up being $89.00 before tax because of a $10.00 off checkbox.

That depends on if the bumper was designed to reuse the stock tow hooks and would require contacting the manufacturer
Edit: looking at Westin’s page for that bumper it does not appear that the factory tow hooks would be reused as the bumper is in the way of the hooks.

I've always used my tow hooks for pulling other things - tree stumps, logs, other vehicles... I guess they could be used to extract your own vehicle from a jam. But they are useful for so much more than that.
