How can I connect these to my 2016 Express, I know I need a new switch, need to reprogram with AlphaOBD, add brackets, but I can't find what I need electronically. Sorry if this has been asked ...

These are the painted sport mirrors right? Not the tow mirrors? Only two mirrors require brackets.
You need the door modules if you intend to use the power fold option. If not, your express door modules will work. Plug and play.
I haven’t been able to activate mine successfully, no one can answer that one, maybe I’m just unlucky.
