Folks, have a 2018 Ram Harvest edition.
Have buttons for 2wd, 4wd low and 4wd Lock.
I know the 2wd and 4wd low and use however would like clarification on the 4wd Lock. The manual is a bit non committal.
Seeing there isn't a 4wd auto what is the max speed and are there special precautions.
Appreciate the help

4wd lock is just 4wd there is no lock of any sort. It's a gimmick, a joke, A trick whatever you Wana call it but it ain't no lock.
It only tells your t case to go into 4x4 mode that's it.
Use 4x4 at almost any speed, just make sure you're not spinning the rear tires when you select it.

Also, do not use 4wd on dry pavement or keep it minimal.

It's necessary to have some amount of wheel slippage otherwise turning the steering away from the center position will cause drive line torsion and eventually failure of the transfer case and/or front driveline components.

This guy from across the pond refers to it as transmission windup but has excellent demonstrations on the theory.
