So a few days ago, my grand daughter was getting out of my truck and told me her foot was stuck. I turned back to look and saw her foot between the 4x4 shifter and the seat. I told her to hold on because I didn't want her to accidentally put the transfer case in neutral and I quickly got her foot out. Well now the 4x4 selector doesn't change my transfer case from 2x4 to 4x4... Ugh.
I'm guessing it's most likely that the linkage came off - and at least it's "stuck" in 2 wheel drive. It wouldn't be so bad but we are in the process of moving so the majority of my tools are packed up.
