Here this will give you something to read and curse at even. Tell me how I'm dumb and bumped my head. Silliness really. Carry on.

If that literature is what you're basing your theory off, you're out in left field dude.No where does it say they use the same frame, they're only showing you what they've done to reduce weight and increase strength."it does not say the 2X4 and 4X4's are the same frame",maybe you better re-read it,and this time around actually read the words.

Common sense will tell you there are 120 length frame for the single cab versus 140 for the Quad/Crew.

If that's what your feathers are all ruffled about my God man! Put down the keyboard and go play in the snow

See you clearly don't know what your talking about.

It's not the front crossmember that changes. It's the one behind the coil buckets further down the frame where the transmission goes.

Why do I waste my time correcting you?

Let me guess, being as how you're in Scottsdale, you've never actually laid under a 4X4 and compared it to your 2X4 have you, lol. Go find yourself a 4X4 and look it over close. You're starting to get mighty boring with your theories and no actual eyeball experience,or clue of what you're proposing about cutting and welding on the frame.

Is the bellhousing bolt pattern the same from the 5.7 to the 4.7? As he is looking to do this with a 4.7 motor, not a 5.7 motor.
