5.7 Hemi Exhaust

So I want to put an exhaust system on my 2005 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi, but I'm not sure what to go with. I want something that has a good, deep tone to it, while still being loud. I don't want to straight pipe it, though because I don't want to sacrifice performance. What are your suggestions??

Just get a muffler replacement. Cheap, easy. And will give u the sound you want.

Mufflex, Carven or Magnaflow muffler replacement would be my suggestion.

I would recommend the Borla cat back system I have, but they don't make systems for trucks older than 2009 anymore.

But I would still get a Borla muffler. They sound great and are well made.
I also put in a new y-pipe adapter, Dodge y connection is very restrictive.

That, I think, would give you a good sound.

when I had my 2003 Hemi 1500, I had numerous exhaust on it. I finally ordered the Banks Monster Exhaust... I LOVED it!! The sound was TOUGH and very smooth...I got compliments on it ALL the time!!!! I highly recommend it! Link below, and picture of my old truck with Banks exhaust for reference!
