Surprisingly the angle was not completely horrible to the ***** eye. I took everything apart adjusted the core 4x4 track bar and control arms to oem specs and put it all back together. Everything felt good and the noises and clunking it was making is gone. If anything did prematurely wear it didn’t whipe anything out
What was clunking? Was it while turning or at angle? I’ve been trying to track a clunk in mine for a while.

The original (master tech at a ram dealership) did not install all the hardware that comes with the zone kit.
There were 2 different brand angle correcting brackets in the rear. The front tie rods were shot, swaybar front and rear needed new bushings 96FC740D-016B-4AD4-ACC5-3B11A17BD412.jpeg

Master tech huh lol. Did it present as a pop in the front end or just felt ‘loose’. I’ll get a pic up of mine to compare to yours, but to my eye the angles look within an acceptable angle. I’ve had mine in a ‘dedicated’ lift specialist shop and they said it’s dead on.. then they drive it and scratch their heads...

If you feel like taking the journey to PA I’ll get it dialed in for you.

I seen some messed up crap like this and it's also the "cheaper" shops that do it.
