Pennzoil Ultra Synthetic 0w40 is currently on clearance at AUTOZONE.
Has the Chrysler MS # and the Dodge SRT notation on the bottle.

Clearance price is $4.00 per quart while in store supply lasts.

There is also a $2.00 mail in rebate per quart, with a max of 12 quarts per household. Rebate good till 11/17/15.

Keep in mind that any Autozone clearance is a store by store basis and just because one does it, does not mean they all do it.

No auto zone remotely near me. Nearest is 190 miles one way.

Went to my local AutoZone and picked up there remaining 20QTs

I got the last 16 from my local AZone, and my dad just north of me picked up the last 12 in Huntsville! Thanks brother!

This is awesome! I ended up buying 18 quarts from one of the local autozone's. They had quite a few weights of the penzoil platinum all on clearance actually. Considering a 6 quart case of 0w40 is $45 on amazon the fact that after m.i.r. I will have paid $36 for 18 quarts is amazing.

My local Auto zone was the only place that carried the Ultra Platinum 0W-40.
I went in to hopefully get some on the clearance, but there wasn't a single bottle.

Last couple of days I stopped in a total of 5 different Auto Zones while driving to and from work. 2 never stocked it and had no clue, 1 had it on the rack normal price on the sticker but I had them scan it and came up $4.00, the remaining 2 stores stocked it and had it listed at $4.00 clearance price.

Submitted rebate and hopefully get $24 back on that. Prior to this, best price I gotten was in the mid $5 range from either Pep Boys with some 30% off online and about the same on Amazone with a $10 coupon.

All total, snagged 52 quart and with the 18 quarts I already had, I am set for awhile with 70 quarts total. 2/3 rd's was the older 2013 dated Ultra and the remaining 1/3 rd was the newer "Natural Gas" Platinum Ultra all dated 2015.

BTW... Menards is clearing out the Bosch premium filter #3334 for $4.50

Autozone has it back on clearance...$2.00 qt...NO mail in rebate required...Lucked out and got 24 qt's of the 5w20 for wifeys 2014 Grand Caravan on clearance...Would really like to find out what the deal is on why Autozone is dumping this oil for CHEAP......

yep, just snagged 35 qts last night hopefully getting more today. havent even picked up my new truck and already have 5 oil changes worth lol. autozone is most likely dumping it to make room on the shelves for the new penzoil platinum bottles that say made using natural gas or whatever it is. for $2 a quart im good with the old stuff.

I called every store with in 75 miles of me and they all have zero on the shelf.
I asked if the had any in a regional warehouse and they said there wasn't any.

They were the only auto supply store in my area that carried it.
Looks like I can only order it on line now.

Most of the Ultra 0W-40 flew off the shelves at $4 in my area. If I had waited for $2, it would have been gone before what little I got.
