6" exhaust tips are actually the right size ;)

It hangs down little low for my liking but I could get use to it.

That was my only concern. I like how it fills the shape of the cutout, but don't like that 4" of the tip is hanging down below the bottom of the bumper. David, put up a pic from the side. How bad does it show from the side of the truck?

Thanks for all the comments guys!

I don't have any from the side from a distance because I was in my one car garage.

I like them.
Sent from the Rocket in my Pocket

It's growing on me...

I think it's a bit large for the opening, but that's just my opinion. If you like it, go with it! I think the 5" is just right, but I'm sure plenty of us say that to ourselves every day :naughty:

Haha!

Good lord that big thing fills that gap :evillol: It does look like it fits the bumper pretty good, looks even all the way around. It hangs down little low for my liking but I could get use to it.

That is the only thing I am not crazy about...

That's pretty awesome how it fills the gap perfect.. Not bad man.

Yep, it fills the gap and contours to the opening perfectly.

Dude that's BAD ASS!

Thanks man! I was 50-50 on liking/doing this mod, but after seeing it I am 30-70 in favor of it!

It doesn't show much from the side.

I love how it fills the shape and IF I do this mod, I will make it very close to the cutout almost touching, and almost flush out the back (sticking out maybe a 1/2").

Keep in mind these pictures are all withing 6' of the truck and that is making them look bigger... They look big, but not goofy or silly.

Looks great!

Would look even better if a bottom extension for the rear bumper was created to wrap around the tips or cover more of it.

Thanks! And I agree with that ^^^.

I have been back and forth (in my mind) on doing a roll pan and with that I could cut and position the tips higher, like this (pics are photoshopped):

Is that bumper available?

Looks clean but loosing the rear step doesn't work for me. Plus if you have a trailer hitch then it wouldn't work.

Yes, Street Scene makes it and it's PU. You are right, the hitch would have to go...
