the stock 8HP70 is known to handle up to 750hp before becoming unreliable. Having 37s is no different than hauling 4000lbs at all times on a trailer. The trucks are reliable if taken care of. Always increase maintenance as you increase aftermarket parts or when increasing payload/towing frequency.

I have the RC 6” lift and I am going to swap the front to a coil over and different springs in the back. Have seen others on same setup get about another 2.5” out of the lift and no body lift added. Going to run 37x12.5x18”s

Damn I did not need to see this thread. I'm not putting 40's on the 1500.

The 3000 dollar cost alone scares me ;)

I bet that little rack and pinion with the little TRE's really love 40s when ya happen to hit a pot hole along with every other front end component. I would look into ton straight axle first so ya got a truck that can really handle 40s.
