6 lug pattern on a 4th Gen Ram

I was browsing through the American Trucks website and came across this.


Clearly that is a 6 lug pattern on what should be a 5 lug axle..

Does not look like he has done much mods to the truck. So how?

Oh OK... That makes sense. The wheels don't seem to stick out as much.. It actually look rather stock for the most part.

He's probably using 5 lug to 6 lug adapters.
