6 speed with 4.56's vs 8 speed with 3.92's

Damn 13.47@100 with some 31 or 32" Nittos?? Must have been one hell of a launch. The trap speed seems a bit down but good run nonetheless! Im hoping for about a 13.5ish. DA around here at night has been in the 200-500 range. I saw that he made that pass at 150 DA?

It was about 85 deg and a 1.9x 60'. He had stock airbox with the filter in. Back then you had to shift the 8 spds at 5900. Now you can shift up to 6200.

I'll shift around 5800 Rpms and works my way up to see if it makes a difference.
