So just ordered intake upper and lower gaskets, valve cover gaskets, new front rotors calipers and pads, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, new injectors, and valve stem seals. Can someone walk me through replacing the valve stem seals, go do I remove springs, rocker arms Ang get the old ones out and new ones in. What' the best way to set the motor to tdc, and what air fittings do I need, I have a pancake air compressor and that seems the best way to keep the valves in.
Also I have another question, before I pulled everything off to fix it , after I bought it when I drove it the truck shook terribly when accelerating in overdrive only, after I put in a new plug I went down the road also turning O/D on and off it no longer shook, was this a result of the misfire because the fouled plug? Or a O/D clutch issue?
