8.4 RA4/VP4 from Cherokee work in a Ram? Any issues?

Just a quick question, Will a Uconnect 8.4 RA4/VP4 from a 2014 Cherokee work in a 2014 Ram without any issues? I found one for a good price (less than 200 bucks) but wanna make sure I wont have any issues before I get it.

It will work but you'll lose the factory usb connection. Not sure why but you do. If you update it with the uconnect update for ram you'll gain access to the usb but for some reason the sat radio doesn't come in as clear.

search around there are pages on this topic..

if you dont currently have steering wheel controls there is no way to control the volume. you must make sure the new radio is "unlocked" also
