I traded my 2016 Laramie 2500 6.4 for a new 2019 Big Horn 2500 6.4 this June (2020). Less than one week later, screen went white with lines, etc. But would be that way for a few hours, then back to normal, but never a day it didn’t happen. So it’s becoming fall up here in NH and I have confirmed that on cool days, it’s fine ALL day. Then we get a day over 70° and it goes out again. I’ve had it to dealer and they say they are waiting for a software update. I don’t foresee a update helping this and expect it should be a new unit. Any others experiencing the same?
