Hello. I have an 2018 Laramie with the 4c 8.4. I replaced the screen due to delamination. A bit afterwards, I set a preset on xm and a day a so later, it reverts back to original presets prior to the screen replacement. Are the presets stored in the screen? Could I have made an error somehow in the install? Any ideas and help would be much appreciated.

Nope, likely a different issue. Can you go into dealer mode and look at what is listed for "application version"?

Looks like you have an older firmware. Updating may help. Is this radio original to your truck?
Yes sir, this is the original radio. I went to the uconnect website, it says I'm up to date. I really don't think it is, though. If you have a updated file you can point me to, I would try that. I was wondering if doing a hard reset would make a difference. It is an awful big coincidence that my problems started after the screen replacement. I certainly appreciate any help and insight you can give to me.

Likely due to a power disconnect when you swapped screens not the screen itself. PM me your Gmail address and I'll send you the files you need.
