8.4 uconnect problem's

I have a 2014 ram 2500 Laramie I just bought. The 8.4 uconnect having a hard time getting it to come on when I push the on button nothing comes on no mater how many I push the button . If I wait 5min or so then it will come on and is it supposed to come on when you start the truck . Help with this will be greatly appreciated .

There is a fuse on the drivers side of the vehicle between the battery and the brake master cylinder, that one should be for your radio. its an inline fuse to pull the protective covering off and pull the fuse and wait 10 to 15 mins and see if it fixes it. I had this issue on my 1500 and that is what I did

AFAIK, the radio powers up with the ignition, the Uconnect 4C on my '21 does not have an off switch, only a mute button.

I believe the 2014 radio fuse location is similar to the 2017 in the following video.
