I currently have a 2" level, but want to go up to 3"... First and foremost, is there really any noticeable difference in going from level to 3"?

How would stock 33" AT/mud tires look under a 3" lift? No need in going to 35" tires if it really is not going to look much different.

Also, do I need new upper control arms going from a 2" level to a 3" lift?

2019 1500 Classic Big Horn 4wd. 6.4" bed.

You should have upper control arms if you are 2” or higher. It’s better for the upper ball joint. I went from a 2” level with bilstein 5100 to 3” with eibach back down to 2.5”. Rear is lifted 1” with eibach. At 2” the 33s looked perfect. Went to 3” and the 33s started looking a tad small for me so went to 35s. Back to 2.5 and the 35s still look good. I went back down to 2.5 because I like the look better with a bit more rake. My truck was fairly close to even at 3” front 1” rear. First picture is 3” and 35s. Second is now at 2.5” and 35s. Next set of tires I’ll be switching to a 285/75r18 which is a pinch smaller.
Edit: actually looking at that first picture may have been when I was at 1.5” rear… my trucks been all over the place with heights. Lol.

Will the Mevotech UCAs work with a 3" lift, or are they still only good at stock heights?

The mevotech uca are designed for stock height trucks. Only use ones that specifically say for leveled or lifted
