Quietpeen, great buy and great install.
I should be receiving mine shortly....

Did you put any double sided 3M on it or padded protector prior to installing? Or did you simply just screw them in?

Thanks in advance

*love you truck*

thanks!!!
yes i used double sided tape. The tackiness of the original double sided tape wasn't enough anymore. If you put them on without double sided tape they will have a gap

Any recommendation on what tape to use or what did you use? I should have just asked that? :)

it was 3m double sided tape that i bought at autozone. you will need more than 20 feet to cover all four flares. I originally bought a 15 foot roll and ran out, so i ran and bought another. 15 feet was about 6 inches shy of completing 3 flares

This helps a lot.
I'm guessing you went with the black 3M tape vs the white?

i didn't measure, but that's what others have said. It tapers down to less at the bottoms and front

Perfect amount of coverage.. looks great! I love my 3500 flares too.

I agree that the transition isn't perfect in the front on our bumpers but it is the best looking option we have. The Bushwacker OE's look retarded IMO and the 1500's are almost as bad.
