Sitting at a stop sign minding my business when a Rogue decided to stop on my bumper. Waiting on insurance what a nightmare.

They crossed an intersection didn’t bother looking left or right and got hit by a Honda minivan spun out into the other lane and landed on the front of the truck. No major injuries to anyone but just surreal to see happen. Waiting to see the adjusters numbers.

Better ask their insurance company about diminished value. I was rear ended earlier this year with minor damage(replaced bumper and fixed, repainted tailgate) and just for the HELL of it I decided to see what my truck was worth a couple weeks ago.........they took 7K off its value because of that minor accident. What a crock!

Having worked as an adjuster and stopped at Dodge dealer a few time a week this could be simply cosmetic, or really serious. You can't tell until they tear it down. The upper rail is a biggie and so is the steering rack. I 's come by a shop, take a few photos, and tell them to take off the fender and grille and call me when they put it on a lift. An estimate done in a storage lot without teardown is just a supplement waiting to happen. Yes, most collision repairs will have a supplement, but if you tear it down first it's usually small.

I wish you the best, we got t-boned in our Ram and it took 11 times of going back to get it “okay”. Caliber Collision did the work and it was a **** show.
