This isn't my video and all credit goes to mike937739 on YouTube. I had an issue trying to find replacement grommets that would work with my aftermarket tail lights and came across this video. His solution is so simple, I'm kicking my own butt for not having figured it out.

Very true and that is what I did, but they don't work very well with my truck and thankfully, I didn't damage my old grommets when I tried removing them. My old grommets permitted the pin to pass through and gripped them like a snap, the new ones, the pin sat in a socket and had a tendency to permit the lens to fall out if they were bumped a certain way.

I bought a grommet asst for $4 and there were enough to pop in the holes and tail lights are sitting snug! Much obliged!
