2012 Ram 1500 w/3.7 has a slight stumble from a standstill under hard acceleration. Usually, the problem manifests itself during highway driving (70mph) at a steady speed. There is a distinct miss, sometimes feels like multiple cylinders missing. Usually, will drop down a gear and run with no detectable misfires. Problem doesn't occur during around town driving at lower speeds. Never causes a CEL

Had same/similar problem with my 2004 3.7, 167K. Replaced fuel injectors fixed the problem. /
