ABS message after battery switch

Hello all, after I changed the battery, I got a check engine light saying to service electronic braking system -ABS. Did I do something wrong, the truck was dead before I switched the battery, and it won't start.

Hello all, after I changed the battery, I got a check engine light saying to service electronic braking system -ABS. Did I do something wrong, the truck was dead before I switched the battery, and it won't start.

I don't know about Mopar/dodge/ Ram, but some GM models will dump computer if you change the battery without having a code saver hooked up. At that point the only fix is to have it towed to dealer to have them reprogram the computer.
