Abs

I have an 02 4.7l 4x4 and it appears the abs is non functional but I get no dash light. Any idea where I would start looking?

Are you sure you have 4 wheel ABS? My 03 only has rear ABS, so the only time I actually notice I have ABS is when on snow/ice/rain. It's not like I can get the rear to lock up before the front on dry roads.

My build sheet states "4 Wheel Disc Rr Anti-Lock Brakes"

And looking at the build sheet mine says the same thing. I just assumed it would have abs. My pos Malibu from 99 had abs. Strange. Thanks for the help.

You do, but it only kicks in when the rear wheels lock up. Find an empty parking lot when it rains and lock up all 4, it will kick in. It is invisible until the rear locks up, it just prevents the rear from sliding out.
