My A/c and heater in my 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 both stopped working. All fuses check out and nothing is wrong there. I have full control I've all 4 blower speeds. It is blowing strictly fresh air it feels like. AC compressor is not getting the signal to kick in. I have manual control ,NOT dual climate control or atc. The temperature dial does nothing. The mode door dial does nothing. The heater mirror button doesn't work. The air recirculation button doesn't work. The AC button doesn't work. In the dark I have no backlighting. I unplugged the two connectors in the back and the two actuators that are accessable when you pull off the center there and plugged them back in and it worked for the one hour trip I had. Next morning it didn't work again. The mode door is stuck on the floor and doesn't move. Anyone else have this problem and know what's up? I really don't feel like doing swapnostics to figure it out.
