My blend door(s) are broken. Have been for some time but my AC would still push enough air through the vents to be liveable until a few days ago. Now the idiot light comes on but the clutch does not engage. Static check of the system pressure shows good. Does anyone know if the Blend/Recirc Door actuators have any effect on the ECM/TIPM controls for the AC system itself? If anyone has a link to a wiring diagram of the complete system I would be forever grateful. Our local Dodge Dealer has a terrible reputation for their service department so I am afraid to even consider taking it there until I have researched this more myself.

Thanks for the diagram. I don't see any actuator refs feeding back to TIPM so it must be coincidental.

I don't know if where you live, they have a weekly or monthly paper with business advertisements.
If they do have them, look at it to see if a local Radiator & Air Conditioning shop has an AD about a Free A/C inspection
