Hi, I have a 2011 Dodge Ram mega cab 2500. My driver side ac vents aren't blowing as hot as the passenger side vents and same thing for the back seat vents. Also when I switch the selector knob from defrost to anything else a clicking sound will happen for like10 seconds and then it'll stop. And sometimes it won't fully switch from the defroster to anything else but it'll switch perfectly fine any of the normal ac/heater air movement modes, it would switch from head to leg just fine.

You have a vent actuator that is either sticking or going bad. As far as where that is located, now I cannot help you on that. Someone whom turns a better wrench than me will have to chime in....
