First time at this forum. 2008 Ram 2500 5.7 hemi. No cold AC in Cab. Found Condenser fan bad, replaced, working. Leak in hose, Compressor to Condenser, replaced. Added 2 oz PAG oil to compressor Vac system 30 min. Added 12 oz 134a to system. Line from Compressor to Condenser, hot. Line leaving Condenser, warm. Line entering Firewall, Icing!! Line from firewall to the Dryer, warm. Line from Dryer to Compressor, warm. Gauge readings 110psi Low Side; 110 High Side. Not sure but believe we are plugged somewhere. Expansion Valve(Orifice tube), Evaporator, or the Dryer or something else. Also, is the Line from the Condenser to the Firewall two lines spliced in the Fender behind the Air Filter Box?? Hope someone sees this and responds. Will watch for response

All I can tell you as I know your pressures are way off: As far as how to service, not in my wheel house.

For R-134a systems, the low side pressure should typically be around 35-40 psi, while the high side pressure can range from 150-250 psi depending on ambient temperature and system conditions. Always refer to your vehicle's specific service manual for precise values.

^^ as he stated pressures are wrong, especially the low side. Also the 12oz charge sounds a bit low, a quick Google states it should be about 1lbs 8oz but check the tag under the hood for the correct amount. How good was the vacuum? Your "blockage" could be due in part to moisture in the system from the lack of a proper system evacuation.

Thanks for the response!! Once the "air" was gone from the system, Gauges all read steady Below "0". Sticker under hood read 11 oz. AC worked fine, then one day it quit cooling. It has been down for quite a while, more than a year.

Your compressor is possibly bad I would check your gauges to make sure they are reading correclty they do go bad. Also is your ac clutch engaged? you can only get accurate readings when it is also I usually use 2 12 ounce cans in these trucks so 1 is not enough whatever your reading is not accurate.

Yes, clutch does engage, Fan works and turns so outside air is pulled across the condenser. As far as I know, all parts are Original equipment except for Fan and line from compressor to condenser.
