Accessories power source

Hello I have a 2014 without central console. I have only 2 12v outlet. One near the 4x4 selector , and 1 in the arm rest near the usb plug.

Is it possible to get one of those working all the times without the key to on or acc ?

I know on the 13s the one in the back of the center console can be made to be always on by switching fuse locations.Not sure if the 14s have that or not.It might say in you book from the factory.
