One thing I learned is that you can't just say "no means no" and blow your **** whistle, you have to let them at least go through the motions and give you the song and dance before politely declining, and then they give you the treatment like you just killed their beloved family dog and should feel ashamed, lol! Also I had to be wiling to walk away when they said they could only discount some of those fees (including window etching you mentioned) since it was already on that vehicle, so had to politely decline and say its a shame but we'd have to find a similar vehicle without it then, and that finally did the trick to drop those extra fees even though we had already asked for an "out the door" price from the get-go.
Very good point. I tell my dealers when I sit down in the Finance office that I'm not interested but understand they have to go through the sales speech anyway. I always take a Diet Coke in with me and sit back, relax and watch the show. They have to do their job and then like you I decline everything unless there is something I feel I want but in that case I am prepared with benchmark costs and if they can't meet that cost then it's a polite "Thanks, but no. Now let's get the paperwork executed so you can move on to the next customer who may purchase some of these products from you."

Hi, I live in Mesa AZ and recently purchased 2020 Warlock 2wd from Tempe Ram. They also talked me in to the extended warranty since there are like 30 computers that could fail over time. The warranty is through a 3rd party but fully endorsed by FCA so it sounds legit. On a previous used vehicle I purchased a 3rd party warranty not through the dealer and once it expired I got robocalls for a year to renew and they were from different area codes so impossible to block.

I like the truck but find the fit and finish is not great, already have a few rubbers around windows that are looking sun baked and twisting so will probably get them replaced before bumper to bumper runs out. Truck must have sat on lot for a while because the hood was covered in bird poo and there is one spot that I can't get out so I'll call dealer but don't expect a good response. I've added a wireless phone charger which looks great but is extremely slow and does not work with all phones. Also added running boards which I highly recommend as this truck seems a bit higher than the standard 2wd 1500 Ram. Next upgrade is the Vararam air grabber intake but not sure how this will affect powertrain warranty down the road if something fails.

Would like to see what mods you plan on doing. Mine didn't come with heated seats or wheel but I plan on adding those later on, along with LED bed lights.

What color did you get?

Hey I got mine at Tempe Ram too.

The finance manager swindled me, but as soon as I hopped on here and did some research. I emailed him and kindly asked him to can the coverage and cut a check to the bank for the difference.

Mine looks to be the same as yours except blue.
