I've been searching all over these posts. Seems they are scattered all over. Yes, I have been reading. I'm chasing a problem in my truck to find out where the droning noise is coming from.
My apologies. This isn’t a reference To you. I posted a question, which was answered already. I decided to edit my post and comment on how I was dumb.

No problem. I chasing a noise/ vibration problem. I really think its a drive train issue but then I heard about this "ANC" thing want to shut it down to see if it is the cause. Using the old process of elimination. Two techs at the dealer and one friend could not hear it, But I do. Still searching.

To me it sound like it's coming from underneath and if you have a subwoofer on that side. I have another appointment to take it back in next week hope they can find it.

It seem like to me it's having to do with the amplifier underneath the dash, I unplug it and the noise stop and sometime when I open up my door I can hear a sound like it's coming from the subwoofer, I can't explain it but that what it seem to be doing.
