If the language isn't a part of the firmware you have you may need to flash a region specific firmware that's compatible with you're radio.

This is also something that may already be present in the radio but not available until a programming change is made. AlfaOBD may be a tool you can use to see if additional languages can be added to your radio by changing settings.

Do you know what region/country your truck was originally sold in?

Tripoli, Lebanon, is the only Tripoli that i found

Click on Settings and then languages.

If you only see three. It's NA truck. Either imported from US/Canada or Stolen.

You need to get EU firmware. Bring it back to whoever you purchased it from.
