Doing bilsteins all the way around and adding 1.5 spacer in the rear. Plan on adding 33/12.5s or maybe 35/12.5s tires. Would adding a 1.5 inch body lift help with tire fitment? How about overall look of the truck? Thanks

the body lift will help for a taller tire, but proper offsets help for the tire width. if you can't buy new wheels, then a spacer might be required to clear the upper control arms.

Thanks. I’ve seen you’re posts and if I’m not mistaken, you also added a body lift. What was you’re reasons for doing that and were you happy with the end result?

I have limited funds, and limited clearance on my garage. I refuse to park outside in these upper midwest winters we have, so the truck must fit inside the garage. Looking at my options, the bils plus body lift gave me enough lift to make it look not stock without breaking the budget, or the garage doors.

I love the look, but need new wheels and tires to complete the package. I know I want bigger tires, like a 35x12.5 and needed some lift to get the clearance without having the tires look stuffed in the wheel wells.

I’m with you on that.

1.5 zone is well worth the $140 !!!! Fairly easy, strait forward install. I have bils at 2.8, with NO ride quality difference. 4" of lift total at 1/3 the cost. It doesn't work quite like a 4" suspension lift but you'll get the clearance you'll need for 35's. Like shadowhawk says the rest depends on the wheel choice and offset!
Good luck...post pics!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the RC 1.25 body lift and still kept the tow hooks. Also have the bils set at 2.8. Cheap way to get about a 4" lift.

I confirm that it is possible!

On my previous ram, 2011 outdoorsman QC, i had a rough country body lift and managed to keep my tow hooks, but they were slightly angled like his.
Note that the RC bl was 1.25 inch not 1,5 that may explain why it could fit...
