Adding OEM back up camera

Probably beating a dead horse. Found a OEM back up camera setup locally for $50.00 seems like a good deal. Has handle, camera and wiring harness to the tail gate. I appears to be missing the cable that would extend to the cab and radio.

1. Is the cable wiring already in the truck or will I need to buy the cable
2. Do I have to get the comp flashed from the dealership or is there a way around it.

Yes to both... however you can buy modules online that will flash it for you. Last I looked I think they were around 140. They are a 1 time use type deal.
