I got a 2011 ram 1500 laramie , and I made some upgrades like 6 inch lift 35 tires offroad bumpers finders ..etc and now I want to upgrade my performance and mileage, I want to start cheap and small then head up from there . what should I start with step by step ?

I don't see anything helping you with fuel mileage. Now that it's lifted and the tires that are on it. It's like a bigger brick than a stock truck , trying to go though the wind. Wind kills my mpg more than anything.

I say intake, exhaust and a programmer with a custom tune should be next on your list.

I put on a Trinity with a custom tune, 91 octane fuel, S&B CAI, MBRP cat back. It helped a little with mileage, but those mods will never pay for them selves in fuel savings.

Just start with the tuner.
Your going to get the most bang for your $$ from a tuner.....
Anything you add from there can be adjusted with a good tune.

I am in the same boat with my 2500 gas. I am planning on putting 4.56's in front and back. I am following for whatever advice is posted.
